Blue Horizon Industries Inc. (“Blue Horizon”) is a diversified industrial public Canadian company with its shares quoted on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (CNSX) under the symbol BH. Blue Horizon has the following four-fold strategic focus.

i. Through Blue Horizon Contracting, a wholly-owned division of Blue Horizon Energy Inc. (Blue Horizon Energy), a wholly owned subsidiary, the negotiation and execution of dismantling contracts of existing industrial plants and related facilities;
ii. Through its other wholly owned division of Blue Horizon Energy, the exploration for oil and gas in Western Canada;
iii. Through its 74% owned subsidiary, Blue Horizon Mining Inc. (Blue Horizon Mining), the advancement of two early stage mining projects, one at Vermillion Forks British Columbia and the other at Salmo (Kodi) British Columbia;
iv. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Blue Horizon Bio-Diesel Inc. (Blue Horizon Bio-Diesel), the construction of a pilot bio-diesel refinery that validates a technology that is in the process of being licensed to the Corporation’s subsidiary.

On August 30th, 2011 the Blue Horizon Group of Companies completed a Plan Of Arrangement with a public company, MLB Industries Inc. which subsequently changed its name to Blue Horizon Industries Inc. Blue Horizon Industries Inc. is now creating value for its shareholders through a blended contracting, exploration, production, mining and green business development strategy.

 

Blue Horizon Contracting expertly plans, coordinates and executes construction and dismantling operations. Blue Horizon Contracting operates under strict safeguards to protect our people, client assets and the environment. In the fall of 2010, Blue Horizon Contracting completed a $1.7 million dismantling project in Northern Alberta and in 2011 completed a dismantling and relocation project in Kitamat, British Columbia for which Blue Horizon was credited or paid USD $15.9 Million.

Blue Horizon Energy is focused on exploring for oil & gas in Western Canada. To date Blue Horizon, as operator, has drilled and cored 3 test wells on the Company’s Normandville Property. In addition, Blue Horizon Energy is currently participating as to a 15% working interest in a horizontal test well on the Company’s Waskahigan Property. Ongoing due diligence is being conducted on new oil and gas exploration opportunities.

Blue Horizon Mining Inc. (“Blue Horizon Mining”) a 74% owned subsidiary of Blue Horizon Energy is exploring for copper on the Company’s Vermillion Forks Property which is in close proximity to Copper Mountain Mining Corporation’s 18,000 acre mine site located approximately 20 km south of the town of Princeton in southern British Columbia. The Copper Mountain Mine has a current resource of ~5 billion pounds of copper and recently commenced production. (Copper Mountain Mining Corporation www.cumtn.com) Blue Horizon Mining’s other mining claims are referred to as the Kodi Property which is located close to Salmo, British Columbia where the Company is exploring for gold and other associated precious metals. On Feb 6, 2012 BH has entered into an LOI with Cayenne Gold Mines Ltd. To merge the companies and assets.

Blue Horizon Bio-Diesel Inc. has an exclusive Canadian license agreement with a third party that has a tried and proven technology for converting reclaimed petroleum products and a cellulose base of wood, paper or municipal solid waste to create a renewable ultra-low-sulphur high-centane diesel. Blue Horizon Bio-Diesel has leased a 44,000 square foot facility in Bruderheim, Alberta that has rail access. The Company’s pilot plant is scheduled to be up and running by the end of Q4, 2012.
